YOUR OPINION: Strictly Come Dancing

Strictly Come Dancing

Are you missing your Saturday night dose of Strictly Come Dancing? I certainly am but luckily for me, I have tickets to the live tour. Gone are the evenings of glitzy, glamorous dresses, bodies to die for, bitchy judges and of course, Bruce Forsyth. Back to reality with Holby City or whatever rubbish that they show on a Saturday night.

Dancing is not really my thing so it surprised me that I enjoyed Strictly Come Dancing so much. I think there are two reasons that have contributed largely to my love of SCD. The first being, uh, Matt Diangelo and the second being those amazing, shimmering dresses that sparkled under the white hot studio lights.

With the Strictly Come Dancing live tour dancing its way to a town near you in January, we want to know whether you have got your tickets, who you will be supporting and who you hope will be there.

I really want to get tickets to Wembley but I don't know if I can because they're rather expensive. If I do get to go I'd be delighted. I would be supporting Gethin and Camilla closely followed by Matt and Flavia. I'd like the tour to be as much like the show as possible and it's a shame that Bruno won't be there or Karen and Mark Ramprakash. Worst of all there's no Anton. The pro-dancers are the best bit, especially him.

The opening night of the tour in Glasgow was glittering, glamourous, exciting and funny...just like the TV show and more...what a night: it was FAB-U-LOUS!

My wife and I were at Wembley on Saturday night with some friends and WOW what a great time we had. The dancers are brilliant especially the pro's. However, just a minor criticism - we felt the judges comments were probably the same ones used for each performance give or take a few ad-libs. We are really jealous of anyone that's due to be attending dates during the rest of the tour. We were told that the show we attended was being filmed for a DVD for later on in the year....maybe Xmas!
