We've got musicals about Rod Stewart, Queen, Take That and Buddy Holly... now, there are plans to punk up the stage with Sex Pistols panto. Now we've heard it all!
According to NME.com, Sex Pistols director Julien Temple has revealed he hopes produce a pantomime about the band. You could say he's got the experience... the man made The Great Rock And Roll Swindle about the band in 1980. Who knows whether he's serious or not, but Julientold BBC 6 Music that he'd like John Lydon and Malcolm McClaren to star in the production.
He also told presenters that he's finished a DVD about the band's five-night November residency at Brixton Academy in London.
Bring it on... the more punk we see in the West End the better.
