Look good on the dance floor

Dance-based reality TV; it's everywhere these days. Give people some lycra and a dance partner and they're off. Blimey, even Heather Mills has been in on the act. Full marks for effort... minus one for technique.
My favourite off-beat venue, the BAC has picked up the dance-bug and recently confirmed Karen Hardy to dance at their 'No Tea', Tea Dance.
For the forgetful, Karen Hardy was the recent winner of Strictly Come Dancing. Unlike Heather, she made it through triumphant and is sharing her talent at the Tea Dance fundraiser on Sunday 17th June.
Karen will lead a short class at the beginning of the afternoon and for beginners (like me) there will also be 'taxi' dancers on call throughout the afternoon. If only it were that easy on a Saturday night...
All proceeds from the event will go towards BAC's Participation work with young people and schools. The music will be a mix of your all your favourite tunes and new mixed chart hits. Your two left feet won't know what's hit them! Sounds like a top night...
