Jerry Spinger in drag? You betcha...
Okay, so the man himself isn't going to don a pair of frilly panties - but Jerry Springer - The Opera's David Bedella is going to give it a go when he plays transvestite Frank N Furter. Former Hear'Say singer Suzanne Shaw will fill the shoes of the sweet and innocent Janet and brand new narrator announcements include: The League Of Gentlemen's Steve Pemberton and Coronation Street's serial killer Brian Capron and DJ Danny Baker.
For those of you who don't know, The Rocky Horror Show is an all singing, all dancing, cross-dressing packed musical. A broken down car leads the two main characters to a creepy house. Little do they know it contains a fishnet flashing party and a stack of laughs. Yep, Christmas in the West End looks set to rock.
Beats sitting on Santa's knee any day. I wonder whether David Bedella will wax for the occasion. Brazillian anyone?
